Player Registration: Suggestions sought on player registration. Data base of each player for each Band per year. It has been suggested that only new players sign each year instead of all the members who have been with the same band year after year. List send out in November each year listing all players registered for that year, then only new members would have to have their names and signatures added. Also any member who was not registering their names would be scratched off. This registration would have to be to the secretary by the end of January. If after that date any new members would have to fill in a single registration form. To be discussed and decided on at next meeting.
Devonport Eistedfords entries close May 21st.
Meeting closed 1.08PM.
